Block out time to focus

CUP0071122Let’s face it, most of us don’t take the time to focus when we really need to.

We try to wedge things in to available moments in time, which often results in us switching from task to task to task throughout the day, without finishing anything.

Give yourself the luxury of blocks of time to focus on one thing and one thing only.

Even if it is only for 15 minutes! You will be amazed at what you can get done in just 15 minutes when you let yourself focus on it.

Remember, if you do nothing, by default you will be interrupted at least once every six minutes, all day long.

That is the path to frustration.
