Exercise – regularly move your body


We were designed for movement.

We have this magnificent machine at our disposal.

Spending hours and hours in a chair, at a desk, in front of a computer screen doesn’t support this amazing piece of equipment.

Get up, take a walk, take a yoga class, go to the cross fit gym, play golf, play soccer, play hopscotch – anything that will get you moving on a regular basis.

Why do I include this in things that will give you more time?

Well, because staying fit will give you more energy for the rest of your life, and everything that makes up that life.
